Jim came to our house tonight exactly when he said he would kept in contact and got back to us the same day when I messaged him. We had smoke coming out of stove and dark flame now it’s perfectly fine. What a great personality. Did an amazing job on fixing our pellet stove very knowledgeable. Jim was a life saver! When our pellet stove broke he came out within a few days. He helped us find the parts needed and came back quickly for the fix! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services!
Jim was quick to respond and was able to come out within a week to take a look at our stove! He gave us a good assessment of what it needed, and a fair quote. He then returned and fixed the stoves problems and cleaned it all up and made it look nice again!
